Please note that FIT's acceptance of orders is subject to the customer’s approval and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions below:
 
• All quotes are DFAR compliant unless stated on the quote otherwise.
• FIT quotes are valid for 90 days.
• All orders according to FIT’s quotation are subject to acceptance by FIT.
• FIT reserves the right to replace short shipments if stock is available.
• The quoted lead time reflects the estimated period from FIT’s receipt of the latest revision of your PO to the time to ship.  If you use Dock Date, please add one week to our quoted lead time to allow for transit time.
• All stock quotes are subject to prior sale and FIT quality department’s approval.
• FIT charges $250/lot for each First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) only.  FAIR with Balloon drawing is $350.00/lot.
• FIT charges $250/lot for System 23 inspection requirement.
• Please provide your preferred shipping carrier and method along with your account number on your PO.
• Our FOB Terms is always Origin or Exworks if you use Incoterms.
• Fastener Innovation Technology, Inc (FIT) will not insure or declare value on any shipment to its customers unless the customer includes specific instructions on their purchase order.
• Fastener Innovation Technology, Inc (FIT) requires our customers to inspect the parts within 90 days of their receipt.  Rejections after 90 days may or may not be attributed to the customers' handling within their facility.
• FIT charges $350/lot for Certs requests 24 months after delivery of the parts.
 
**Additional Terms for international customers:
• All tariffs, customs fees, and other charges related to shipping, import, and export of these parts shall be the buyer’s responsibility.
• Buyer shall be responsible for the parts’ clearance and release from their home country’s Customs Office.
• Fastener Innovation Technology, Inc. shall only be responsible for completing the documentation required by the carrier or freight forwarder.
