Bolts and Screws for Elevated Temperatures

Diverse bolts, screws, and double ended stud configurations are forged and processed to comply with many prime OEM designs, "AS" part standards and other custom requirements for aerospace propulsion systems.
They are made from heat resistant materials, including Nickel, Multi-Phase and Titanium alloys, with coatings and finishes resistant to heat, abrasion and galling.

Some of these bolts can be safely used in environments reaching 1500°F (450°C) without loss of mechanical properties. To ensure performance, testing of these parts is conducted using furnaces and controllers mounted on universal testing machines and stress rupture machine frames.

Additionally, metallographic testing determines the grain size and other microstructure parameters to assess and verify compliance with the applicable procurement specifications.
