F.I.T., Inc.’s manufacturing facilities are capable of performing many processes specific to fastener manufacturing such as cold, warm and hot-heading, thread rolling and fillet rolling in a variety of materials and configurations including Alloy , Stainless, Temperature-resistant steels, Nickel, and Titanium alloys. Many standard manufacturing processes such as turning, drilling, secondary operation, center-less grinding, etc. complement the others for complete in-house machining capability.

Configurations produced include flush, pan, hex, 12 point (double hex), spline, “D”, “T”, and special heads with head recesses such as
Phillips ACR, Torque Set, Slotted Dovetail, Six-Lobe and others. |
