Secondary Operations provide the means for completing the manufacture of the fasteners, especially the ones with special features which may not be easily produced using the standard processes available.
Fastener identification stamping, pointing, sheet metal work, assembly, cut-off, etc. are some of the operations, which are at times necessary to complement the manufacturing processes at F.I.T., Inc.

Because the setup is faster than on the automated end of the operation used for the larger quantity
runs we are able, using this department’s capability, to economically and efficiently produce short and medium quantity runs. |
