Capabilities

We manufacture high-end fasteners, from single-piece threaded bolts to multi-piece assemblies, including screws, bolts, nuts, shear pins, quick-release assemblies and build-to-print specials.  We are experts in working with ph13-8, Inconel 718, Ti6al4v, Ti-6AL-6V-2Sn, 8740, A286, 300 series, and ph17-4 materials.  

We have hot forge and cold/warm heading capabilities and in-house secondary operations that performs complex machining.  

Our sinker EDM department allows us to manufacture fasteners with multiple slots and our full-service laboratory and inspection team gives us the ability to move parts through our shop quickly.

We are AS9100:D and Nadcap NDT certified.
